Vacation Rental Description

Our 'Rochelle' home is an incredible 3000 square foot, 4 bedroom, 3 
bathroom home with 18 foot high ceilings in the common areas, huge 
family room, dining room, living room (all ceramic floors with 
oriental rugs throughout), a 35 foot long master suite with a 
private Jacuzzi with tall pillars on each side, and a great new
furniture package throughout.

Located in the highly sought after Hamilton's Reserve,just 4½ miles 
S.E. from Walt Disney World, 6 miles from Sea World, and 8 miles 
from Universal Studios.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This home has an intercom system, baby crib, high chair, central 
vacuum, two 32 inch TV's and a 27 inch TV, along with 3 VCR's and a 
stereo CD/tape player. 
Attached to this home is a 1000 square foot screened in area with a 
huge heated pool, along with a 7 horsepower, 39 jet spa. We also 
provide a gas grill for your use.

Vacation Rental Rates

For 2008
Low Season - $900 - Jan, Feb, Nov, Dec. (Except Holiday Weeks)
Mid Season - $1,000 - Mar, Apr, May, Sep, Oct.(Except Holiday Weeks)
High Season- $1,100 - June through August 
Holidays - $1,200 - 2008 Easter - March 22nd - April 5th 
         - $1,000 - 2008 Thanksgiving - Nov. 15th - 22nd
         - $1,200 - 2008 Christmas - Dec. 20th - Jan. 3rd 2009 
(Holidays require a minimum stay of 7 days )
Specials - Nov. 2008 Rentals $50 off rates listed above!
           Aug.& Sept. 2008 Rentals $100 off wkly rates listed above!!!!

All rates are all inclusive plus 13% florida tax. 
Rates are by week & in US Dollars.
Discount for 2 weeks or more. 
Last minutes specials are available
No charge for heating the pool and Jacuzzi
Rentals of less than 7 days are possible if they fit in schedule.

Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

$150.00 Deposit and signed Rental Agreement are required to hold reservation. 
Remainder of balance due 30 days before check in.
Cancelations are refundable (less a $25 processing fee) within 30 days prior to check in.
Cancelations less than 30 days prior to check in are refundable (less a $25 processing fee)
only if property is rebooked for that time period.
