Vacation Rental Description

Located at the intersection of Las Olas Blvd. and New River Drive, 
this brand new condominium has a gorgeous view of the New River and 
the pool and deck area.  The sixteenth floor unit is fully 
furnished in contemporary style with everything a person needs for 
an extended stay. 

Marble floors greet you as you enter the secure building with a key 
fob.  A concierge is available, and the front desk is open twenty-
four hours a day to help meet your needs.

There are granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom. The tiled
kitchen holds the new Whirlpool dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, 
refrigerator with icemaker, and duet washer and dryer. A balcony 
overlooks the pool and river areas. 

There is no need for a car at this location.  The Broward Performing 
Arts Center, Broward Community College, Riverwalk, Park, and Publix 
grocery store are within easy walking distance.  While walking you 
will meet all sorts of friendly people, some with pets, some just 
out for a stroll.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Amenities include a heated pool with large deck, a large jacuzzi, 

palapas to protect you from the sun, a gym, sauna, massage room, 
game room, entertainment area with huge TV and bar, a sports room 
with billiard table and big screen television, and a business 
center with five computers with internet connections and a fax 
machine. 

There is covered and security protected parking, as well as twenty-
four hour valet parking.   

Activities and Attractions

Las Olas Blvd., in one direction, is full of quaint and quirky shops 
and wonderful restaurants.  A block in the other direction is the 
Riverwalk with it Riverfront entertainment, more great restaurants,
and a huge park and band shell.  It is here that you can board the
Water Taxi to do even more shopping along the beach, see how the very,
very rich live, or go to other places along the canals.
 
Speaking of the beach, you can hop a free bus on Las Olas and take 
the one mile trip to the beach, with its umbrellas and white sands. 
You know you're in Florida here - it looks just like the postcards.

Should you decide to visit South Beach in Miami, you can take the 
train, that leaves Fr. Lauderdale every hour, for $4, or take the
Water Taxi. Nearby is Sawgrass Mills, an outlet mall with top of the
line stores offering discounts up to 70% off regular prices.

For a nominal charge, everyone should take the Jungle Cruise, either 
in the morning or the evening.  Each of the two trips per day serves 
a meal on a "deserted" island. Fun and music accompany the happy 
cruisers.

Eco-concerns can also be addressed by visiting Flamingo Gardens, 
the Japanese Butterfly Museum, and for the really hardy, the 
Everglades Day Safari.  There are many more things to do, events in
which to participate, places to go that please every taste.

Vacation Rental Rates

$2700 per month for rental for three month rental.

No weekly or single monthly rentals are allowed (Condo Association
requisite).

An individual condo deposit fee must be sent prior to occupancy.

Upon occupancy, a Condo Association deposit fee equal to one month's
rent will be tendered to the Association.

Both deposits will be returned if no damages have occurred either to 
the unit or the building itself.
