Park Place in Parker

The house is located in a gated community on canals that lead out to the Colorado river. It is nicely located just off the main canal making for easy access to the river. The canals are 5 mph which makes for safe mooring of your boats an PWCs. It also makes for safe swimming or floating on rafts. The house has it's own private 50' dock right in front of the house. There are 3 levels of patio area. The main patio is at the water level. The second patio is off the second floor. The last being the observation deck on the roof. This is an ideal location for watching the beautiful Arizona sunsets and viewing the vast array of stars at night. The house faces East giving it the advantage of afternoon shade during the hottest part of the day, but sun worshippers can follow the sun either on to the upper patio or the roof. This house is located right across the canal from my other house #71534 (The Pointe) making for a great set up for larger groups.

Fully furnished house with most everything you'd have at home. Including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, gas BBQ, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, serving dishes, cooking utensils, linens, bathing towels, large flat screen tv with DVD, cd stereo, A/C and forced air heat. Wireless internet service is also available. Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms. One has a king, the next has a full and then the next one has 2 queens with french doors opening to a landing with a view of the water. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a king and it's own bathroom. There is also a "kids" bedroom upstairs with 2 twin size beds. The house has a large kitchen. There is also a very large sunken living room. Plenty of room for everyone to be together without feeling cramped. 

Water sports are the main activity in Parker. With the Parker Strip being deep and wide this makes it safe for all water sports and boat sizes. There is also parasailing available. Since the house has it's own dock and is connected to the Colorado River you can come and go at will. There are several floating bars along the Parker strip. There is also the Blue Water casino and Buckskin state park close by. When the weather is cooler there is Emerald Canyon golf course and many off road trails. In the winter months there is also the "Desert Bar" out in the desert. Lake Havasu is less than an hour away with the famous London Bridge.

$400 a night for the regular rate with a 3 night minimum plus cleaning fee

$475 a night for holidays with a 4 night minimum plus cleaning fee. Holidays include Memorial day, July 4th, Labor day, Tube Float, and both Feb and Oct offroad races

Weekly discount-$50 a night off the regular rate (7 nights or more using one weekend)

A monthly rate of $1500 a month plus $150 utility allowance plus cleaning fee is available for the winter
