Dock:  Dock is available on Sea of Abaco giving you spectacular views and access to this side of the island as well as a place to put your boat.  With Sunrise point you have access to both the Atlantic and the Abaconian Seas!

Fully air conditioned, fully equiped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, propane grill, TV, VCR, DVD, CD.  Fully automatic Generator!  Generator is a must for those visiting the out islands.
