• It sleeps 4 and  includes a plush queen size bed in the main sleeping area and a new queen sleeper sofa in the living room both featuring 300+thread count cotton sateen sheets.  
• The fully equipped kitchen includes coffee maker, toaster, utensils, drinkware, cookware and features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.
• The living room includes a smart furniture arrangement with a comfy sleeper sofa and a 32 inch wall mounted flat screen TV with cable and DVD player. 
• The bathroom features a jetted whirlpool tub, quality towels, hair dryer and new fixtures. 
• There is an electric fire place, game table and reading chair in the main sleeping area. 
• The condo has new Pergo flooring, 10 foot ceilings, large windows, air conditioning and an assortment of playing cards, games, books and DVDs are provided.
