Oct-April: $200.00 a nite for 4 persons (minimum 3 nites stay) Holiday Weekends $300.00 a nite for 4 persons. 3 nite minimum 

May and June: $250.00 a nite for 4 persons.  (minimum 3 nites stay)                  Holiday weekends $300.00 a nite for 4 people Holiday weekends 3 nite minimum

July-September: $300.00 a nite  for 4 persons.  (minimum 3 nites stay) any 3 days of week.  Holiday weekends 3 nite minimum

50% deposit upon reservation request balance due is expected 2 week prior to your arrival. Security fee will be returned 1 week after your stay as long as property is found in same condition as upon arrival. 

Henlopen Station is monitored and patrolled by caretakers who live on premises.  Noise abatement is strictly enforced.
