Our beautiful home is idyllically located in a quiet residential boating community in Bradenton, Florida. It is located on SR64, close to J220 off the I75. The villa is situated beside a beautiful lake, which attracts Florida wildlife, including herons, anhinga, a variety of ducks and fresh-water turtles. Our villa is fully equipped for that home from home experience, it is a spacious family home with private screened 28ft x 14ft solar-heated pool and a large deck with outdoor dining facilities and sun loungers, ideal for enjoying the sun from sunrise to sunset. The Sarasota/Bradenton area is ideal for all of the family to enjoy the magnificent Gulf Coast beaches, shopping malls and designer outlet stores, art galleries, museums and restaurants to suit every taste! Sarasota-Bradenton Airport is a 15 minute drive from our home and Tampa Airport is a pleasant 40 minute drive over the Sunshine Skyway and Orlando Airport is only 90 minutes drive away. Golf courses close by.

Outside
The private 28ft x 14ft south-westerly solar heated pool overlooks the lake. The large deck with gas BBQ, outdoor dining facilities and sun loungers provide the ideal setting for enjoying the sun from sunrise to sunset. Gas for the BBQ can be purchased at the local BP garage.

Coast/Beach
The many beaches of the Gulf Coast are just a short drive away. Holmes beach and Bradenton beach are approx 15-20 minutes drive from the villa along the SR64.

Golf
There are many golf courses in the Bradenton area, but Stoneybrook and Greenfields are within minutes from the house. Golf club rental is also offered by these courses.

Travel
Tampa airport 45 mins, Sarasota/Bradenton airport 15 mins, Orlando airport 90 mins. Busch Gardens 40 mins. Numerous golf courses just minutes away, Gulf beaches short drive away. Ellenton Outlets 5 mins.

Ellenton outlets are located 5 miles away and can be accessed within minutes.

Further details
Just a short distance from the villa, you will find beaches, golf courses, designer outlet shopping and restaurants. There are also cinemas, banks, tennis, fishing, museums, boating, sailing and windsurfing, which are all easily accessible. A hospital/medical centre is also located a short drive away. Within the immediate area (walking distance) there are supermarkets, restaurants and local shops.
