Step into this 4000 sq. ft. plus eight year old home and you won't
want to leave. It's everything you want and more for a wonderful
vacation to remember. Six bedrooms and five baths (plus a sofa bed in
the downstairs den) for multiple families make this the best value on
the beach.
Let's start with the living areas... three of them. The second level
features an up-to-date kitchen, living room and dining room that seats
eight...all facing the ocean off a spacious deck with some 10 wood deck
chairs. Now this is living. The third level offers a living/game room
with a foosball game, a second kitchenette and a 50" plasma TV...all
overlooking another deck and the beach. The first level includes a
game room with a TV, Playstation 2, DVD and more.
Now the bedrooms ... beautiful, private Master Bedroom Suite off the
second (main) level with Queen, TV and whirlpool tub with shower...all
just a turn of the head to the morning sunrise over the ocean. Second
MBS on third level with Queen, TV and private bath with tub/shower,
again, overlooking the ocean. One additional bedroom include twins.
Two other bedrooms have bunk beds with a twin over a double...all
overlooking the ocean.
Oh, and enjoy the fantastic sunsets from the crow nest atop the house!
15 minutes from downtown St. Augustine and 15 minutes to Sawgrass in
Ponte Vedra, your Retreat awaits you!

This home has everything for your perfect vacation. High speed
internet connection, all the beach toys and chairs you need, gas grill
and your own private catwalk to the beach. Plus, since we are
members, your group can have access to The Serenata Beach Club two
miles south for only $230 a week ... two pools, fitness center, bar
and restaurant (10 people,not including kids 6 and under).  First class all the way.

Enjoy morning beach walks, search for your favorite shells. Fishing
on the beach or across the street in the State Park. Or, charter
a boat for a deep sea fishing adventure. Golf everywhere ... moderate
rates. And plenty of nearby shopping and dining.
