Our south-facing home is located 400 Feet from the famous Windansea Beach, on the 200 block of a quiet street.  The 200 block is the first block (closest to the beach).  Although widely accepted as one of the the most scenic beaches in California, Windansea Beach is a jewel that does not attract hordes of tourists. Our beach is enjoyed primarily by neighborhood residents, runners, walkers, and surfers who enjoy the beauty of its sandy and smooth-carved rocky features and its great surf.  There are numerous park benches and stone-built seating areas for watching the surf and the unparalleled sunsets over the Pacific.

The three bathrooms feature absolute black granite and natural travertine slab counter tops, new cabinetry and pulls, tons of mosaic tile hand stacked natural stone, modern vessel and undermount sinks and elegant, unique plumbing and electrical fixtures. The master suite has a tranquil spa-like theme, yet is more luxurious than the world's finest resorts. Sleep with the doors open and hear the waves crashing 400 feet away!

Digital audio is distributed to all public areas (family rm/kitchen/bkfst niche, dining rm, living room, outdoor dining room, and front patio) through the technology hub.  The property is extra secure with front and rear locking gates. The exterior of the property is under video surveillance by four overt high-definition infra-red (night vision) color cameras. Security, smoke, motion monitored by Brinks Home Security. Security cameras record two weeks of surveillance on a DVR located in technology hub.  A dedicated large format HD wall-mounted monitor displays all exterior entrances for added peace of mind.
