Fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room, formal dining room, comfortable lounge area with big screen TV/DVD and formal living room area. Screened in lania features a private south facing pool, extended deck area for enjoying beautiful conservation view.
The Watersong gated community offers 6700 sq ft clubhouse with heated pool and spa, lounge area, cybercafe, fitness centre, volleyball court and playground.
