You will LOVE vacationing in this waterfront condo in the beautiful resort community of April Sound in the Lake Conroe, Tx area.  We are on the South Shore - This is THE BEST area around Lake Conroe - countless dining options and entertainment.  We are on a branch of Lake Conroe, next to the beautiful April Sound Country Club,  workout center and the swimming pool complex with it's junior Olympic sized pool, adults only pool, kids swimming area, Jacuzzi and Poolside Cabana.  A 1/2 mile long boardwalk goes from the condo to the main part of the lake - you can stroll on it or fish.  Boats can also be tied to boardwalk for the day or overnight.   You can also stroll to the aquatic driving range and hit golf balls into the lake.  Or sit outside on Friday evenings enjoying their full bar, appetizers and live music at the fire pit.

April Sound has its own marina with 3 boat ramps and a secure parking lot to leave trailer and/or boat. 

This condo is over 1500 square feet and is decorated in a cozy "cabin/lakeside" theme.  Downstairs you will find a master bedroom with a king bed and HD/LCD TV with DVD combo, a full bath, full kitchen with granite countertops and all appliances (including washer/dryer), island and 7' long rustic dining table.  The family room has tall ceilings, comfortable furniture, a  LCD/HDTV big screen TV, DVD player and cable.

Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms with a full bath shared.  One has a king sized bed, dresser, walk-in closet and  HD/LCD TV with a DVD player. The other upstairs bedroom has a solid wood double bunk bed, single on top and double on the bottom, with rails and a ladder.  It also has a full-sized futon. A dresser,  HD/LCD TV with DVD player and walk-in closet complete the room. 

We provide a portable crib/playpen and high chair for our smallest guests!  We are also a pet friendly condo (small dogs only), with no carpeting.

Outside, is a deck with porch railing (and enclosed with a gate), patio table, chairs and charcoal grill.  Relax on the deck, keep an eye on the kids at the pools, fish in the cove, all while grilling that catfish you just caught!  Bring your boat or rent one nearby. 

The condo comes with everything you will need: all paper goods, dishes, glasses, utensils, spices, baking ware, pots and pans, washer/dryer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, towels, laundry/kitchen cleansers, blow dryers, and more! All linens provided, with special attention to thread count and comfort. Beach towels provided and sun and water is encouraged.

We are 15 minutes from The Woodlands Mall, Old Towne Spring, outlet malls,Sam Houston National Forest, Montgomery (town square of antique shops).
