Classic single story 2 bed/2bath beach cottage in historic district of South Redondo Beach. Best location, just steps away from Starbucks, famous breakfast diner, organic food market, bagel shop, drug store, fast food (McDonalds, Subway, Panda Express, Dickey's BBQ,Pizza, Smash Burger), bus stop to Hermosa/Manhattan Beach and shopping malls, popular restaurants and bars such as Cheesecake Factory, Hudson House, St. Rocke, Chart House and of course, walk to Redondo Beach Pier. 45 minute drive to Disneyland and Hollywood. This 1908 historic home has been elected to be on the Mills Act, which means it has been designated as a historic land mark of Redondo Beach. We are proud to preserve the home, one of the features is the original claw foot tub, but this home has all the amenities of a modern home with central air conditioning, wireless internet access, huge flatscreen TV with DVD player and cable TV, and pool table in the sunroom. We provide 2 beach cruiser bikes and there's a bike/kayak rental that is walking distance as well if you need more bikes. The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch dish washer, toddler plates/cups, booster chair, baking supplies etc. The washer /dryer is in the sunroom. Enjoy roasting marshmallows at the fire pit and there's a commercial gas BBQ grill. The fireplace in the living room is a must during winter, we provide the wood. One of the bedrooms has a DVD/VHS combo TV with a library of kids movies, there are toys/books for tots and a changer for babies. We use only high quality sheets/towels at a budget price. Beach amenities include 2 beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. We strive to provide a safe home for families and will cater to your requests whether you are on a romantic get-away, family vacation, business trip or celebration, just let us know what you wish and we will do our best to make your dream vacation. For a low fee we have in-home massage after a day of too much fun.

Sleeps 6 (2 queen beds and 1 queen pull-out bed in sofa)

We recommend up to 4 guests in order to have a comfortable stay, due to seating in living room and size of dining room table. But there are 3 queen beds total and enough amenities (towels etc.) for 6 guests.

Redondo Beach - Whale watching in winter - spring, walking/dining around pier, sport fishing, pedal boat to California sealions, sail boat rental, speed boat cruise, catch grunions in summer, 4th of July fireworks, night life, beach volleyball, surfing, shopping/dining/spas at Hollywood Riviera (3 miles from cottage).

LAX Los Angeles International Airport is about 15 minutes away

Disneyland is about 45 minutes away

Hollywood/Universal Studios 40 minutes away.

Long Beach Aquarium/Queen Mary about 20 minutes away

Boats to Catalina Island run from San Pedro or Long Beach    

Rate is $180 nightly and there is a one time cleaning fee of $150 which is non-refundable.

One week stay is $1050 - 1225 (7 night stay and check out on the morning of the 8th day)

Monthly rate is $3500 - $4000.

3 night minimum stay, for stays under 3 nights, please inquire.

Deposit to hold rental is 50% of rental/cleaning fees.

There is a refundable damage deposit of $250, it is refunded within 14 days if nothing is damaged/missing.

$50 extra rental fees per stay during major holidays like Christmas, Memorial Day, 4th of July etc.

Extra cleaning service (weekly or bi-weekly) can be offered by request at extra cost.

In-home massage is available by request $50/hour.

 We accept credit cards for the rental cleaning and deposit, but extra cleaning, and massage must be paid in cash or personal check as it is paid to the provider directly.
