Log Cabin Home on 6 very private, wooded acres bordered by conservation trust land with xcountry ski 
& hiking trails outside your back door, ski in / ski out. Nestled in beautiful Apple Valley between 
Shelburne Falls and Williamsburg, MA. Large bedrooms, wide plank pine floors, deep jacuzzi bathtub, 
knotty pine bedrooms, large deck and enclosed porch. Wheelchair accessible. Wood stove (firewood 
provided - also has electric baseboards) and large picture windows with wonderful views of the 
Berkshire mountains.  Ledge rock, wild flowers, hardwood & pine forest, perennial gardens, fruit 
trees, raspberries and blueberries all on property.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully equipped kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, gas barbecue (summer), deep jacuzzi bathtub/shower, 
washer/dryer, satellite TV, VCR, Stereo, telephone (local only), linens & bedding provided. 1 Queen 
bed, 1 Convertible Queen bed, 2 twin beds, 1 Double-size futon. 

Activities and Attractions

Leaf peepers delight! Hiker’s heaven! Skier’s retreat! Many hiking, cross-country skiing and 
snowshoeing trails.  Borders on Conservation Trust land and apple orchard. Close to Mohawk trail, Old 
Greenfield Village, Berkshire East Ski Resort, Stump Sprouts Ski Center, Bridge of Flowers in 
Shelburne Falls, Northampton & Smith College, Zoar Outdoors, Crab Apple rafting, Jacob's Pillow, 
Seven Sisters, Tanglewood, Yankee Candle, Historic Deerfield, Double Edge Theater, and ice fishing, 
summer fishing on Ashfield lake. 40 miles to Brodie & Jiminy.  Don't miss the July weekend Green 
River Festival with live music & hot air balloon rides, the Ashfield Fall Festival (Columbus day 
weekend)and in the spring, a "must taste" Maple sugaring season with the real thing - fresh native 
maple syrup breakfasts at our local maple syrup farms!  30 minutes from Vermont and New Hampshire.
