Walking distance to the beach, boardwalk  and the convention center. Lots of activities at the convention center and boardwalk.

Weekly check-in is from Saturday 1:00pm  and checkout is on the following Saturday at 10:00am.

Weekly rental rates from 01-May to 26-Jun  is $1600 per week.

Weekly rental rates from 27-Jun to 11-Sep is $2300 per week.

Weekly rental rates from 12-Sep to 31-Oct is $1800 per week.

One time Security deposit is $300 for nightly and weekly rentals.
