Come enjoy our updated 2 bedroom/2 bath condo located gulf front on Redington Shores.  Our complex is one of the nicest, best kept condo buildings in Redington Shores. 

Beautiful sunrises will warm you and ocean sounds will soothe you as you sit on the screened porch.  Sliding glass doors open onto the porch which provides views of the ocean and pool area.

The master bedroom contains a queen size bed, TV with cable, a large walk-in closet and bathroom with shower/tub.

The second bedroom also has a queen bed, TV with cable, walk-in closet and remodeled bathroom with large marble shower.

The fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender and all the cookware and dining ware to make you feel completely at home. 

The dining room table seats 6 people comfortable while a small table in the family room seats 2.

Large heated pool with a separate hot tub surrounded by new patio furniture.  Gated pool area also has two shuffleboard courts with access to bathrooms with each contain a sauna. 

There is a separate large green space with luscious landscaping next to a patio/cooking area with 3 gas barbeque grills.

The highly secure four-story building has access by stairs or elevators.  Our unit is adjacent to the laundry room which has washers and dryers.

Each unit comes with 1 reserved parking space with additional visitor spots.  Clubhouse has card room, full kitchen and seating area.  Many residents plan golf outings and card games with fellow guests.

There are numerous restaurants within walking distance from our condo.  Lobster Pot, Wine Cellar and Frog Pond are a few of our favorites.  The Redington Fishing Pier is a 5 minute walk from our complex. 

Other activities close by include tennis courts, putt-putt golf, chartered fishing boats, Spring Training baseball games and shopping centers.  Downtown St. Petersburg is a 20 minute drive away which features Major League Baseball, Baywalk and the Pier. 

Tampa is a 35 minute drive away (home to Busch Gardens, Tampa Bay Bucaneers and Tampa Bay Lightning).  Clearwater is a 30 minute scenic drive along Gulf Boulevard. 

Our complex requires a 3 month minimum rental.   

Snowbird season January-March is $2700 per month.  **Special rate of $1300 if a month is added to the three month minimum.  Cleaning fee of $150 will be charged upon departure.

Deposit equal to one month's rent is required in advance to reserve unit.
