Vacation Rental Description

4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2200 sq ft home for rent on Secord Lake in 
Gladwin, MI.  

With 75 feet of water frontage, you can enjoy boating, water sports 
and fishing. The house is located on a channel 3 lots in from the 
main lake. The channel is 30 feet deep and approximately 100 feet 
wide. The no-wake policy in this channel allows children to swim and 
paddleboat without worrying about high boat traffic. 

Nearby state land offers hunting, hiking and miles of motorcycle/ATV 
trails. Inside this fully furnished home the open floor plan offers 
plenty of space while remaining cozy. A large lakeside deck is 
perfect for relaxing and watching the many activities the water has 
to offer.

All rates include utilities and basic phone service. Lawn care and 
snow removal also included. 

June 1st through September 30th:
$1,400 per week 
$600 per weekend

Remainder of year: 
$750 per week 
$400 per weekend
 
Security/Cleaning deposit required:
Weekly/Weekend: $500 

Holding / Reservation Deposit (due at time of reservation):
1/2 of total rent

Refund policy of holding/reservation deposit for cancellation:
2 months or greater before reservation:	100%
1 month to 2 months before reservation:	75%
2 weeks to 1 month before reservation:	25%
2 weeks or less before reservation:	0%

Pets allowed at owners discretion: requires additional $200 deposit
