COMMENT "Our stay at La Maison Mauresque remains one of my most memorable trips to Mexico. My family spent ten days over the Christmas holiday in the penthouse and had no idea what we were in for. From the moment we arrived Rodolphe took great care of us, stocking the refrigerator with food and drinks, giving us a personal walking tour of the neighborhood and helping us around town when needed. The penthouse is absolutely breathtaking and allowed our group of eight people plenty of personal space (we could go a day without seeing each other). There are so many areas to relax you can never get bored here and the attention to detail is impeccable. Rodolphe put his heart and soul into this place and it shows. The multiple kitchens, palapas, lounging areas and dining room feel very grand, but felt like home to us during our stay.
The neighborhood surrounding the penthouse suited us perfectly. We loved being tucked into a real Mexican neighborhood and became familiar with the local restaurants and taco stands. We walked to the beach and main strip a couple times a day very easily, but you could rent a car or take a cheap taxi if preferred.

COMMENT: "A Private Oasis in the Heart of Playa del Carmen, It's hard to put into words just how wonderful this penthouse is. From the photos, it looks very opulent. It looks almost too good to be true. Well, I'm here to tell you it's not. It's Real! It's everything that I had hoped for and MORE. The owner was very helpful and accommodating, going so far as to give us a walking tour of the neighbourhood(the beach, fifth avenue, shopping, restaurants and the essential places to buy groceries, fresh veggies and fish). It is private and there is lots of space in this rental. It's well equipped, they have just about everything you could ask for(except a phone, which in most cases is fine since you're on vacation). The place was spotless as there were caretakers that came by almost daily to maintain the rental. I find it very hard to pick my favourite spot in this house as there were so many. Sitting in the cool-water Jacuzzi almost anytime day/night, morning coffees looking at the view of the city, rooftop bbq, watching movies with great surround-sound and just curling up with a book and taking in the breeze and sounds of the neighbourhood. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to get away from the "all-inclusive resorts". You will enjoy this Penthouse so much more. I know I did. From Victoria, BC, Canada."

This house was a perfect getaway for my friend and I. We each had our own rooms and bathrooms and had more than enough space for the 2 of us. The top roof where the cold jacuzzi is was heaven day and night with the heat of April. I can't say enough good about this place and would love to visit again. The pictures really don't do enough justice, this place is incredible. The owners were very helpful and accommodating during our stay. They are right on sight and will to help whenever we needed something. The house was very clean and very well set up with dishes and appliance which made it easy to cook up great meals. PAYMENT PLAN:

The Maison Mauresque is glad to be the first in Playa del Carmen to extend our customers a manageable monthly payment plan that works for their needs for a vacation rental! With this free option, the price of your vacation rental can be split into several payments.

With our payment plan option, a deposit of %20 will still be due at the time of making your reservation, and your rental will be paid in full along with a damage deposit of $1000 a minimum of 15 days prior to your arrival date at the Maison Mauresque. The damage deposit will be refunded in full in accordance with the contract on departure.
