Save $100 Aug,90' Beach/Secluded Cove with Ramp in Lake Anna

This is a 1-bedroom (queen), 1-bath home above a quite cove and includes 90' of beach and a deep water pier in the cove. There is a queen size pull-out couch in the living room.

The water in front of the beach has a nice sandy bottom and gradually gets deeper - with that and the protection it is ideal for children.  You share  use of an on-site boat launch with our 4-bedroom house, also listed here.   

It is located on the public side of Lake Anna about halfway between the power plant and the dam, on the Louisa side.  It is far from the state park & 208 bridge, so there is less boat traffic.  "Your" cove is about 100' wide and generally boats don't come in.

Fully furnished, the house includes a 35" HDTV, DIRECTV satellite which includes premium movie channels.  High speed wired/wireless service - unlimited. - rare at Lake Anna!  Deck table with umbrella that seats 4.

We prefer to rent by the week, but we will rent weekends when the house doesn't rent for the full week (and in the off-season).  Pets allowed ONLY prior to mid-June and after the 3rd week in August.

We provide trash service, 2/week in-season and 1/week in the off season. 

We allow pets from the last week in August to the second week of June.

We cannot host weddings due to Lousia County regulations

For shopping and gas, Elk Creek County Store is close by.  They sell  Shell gas and necessities. A little further out is a Food Lion and independent grocery store.

Duke's Creek Marina is located directly across the lake at the end of a cove.  They also have a small store with limited selection.
