This fully furnished cottage was custom built for us in 2010 & is free standing, with no common walls and is located in a popular RV Resort loaded with amenities. The cottage comes with a refrigerator, stove, microwave,and flat screen TV with DVD player and free cable and WiFi. Exterior includes a deck with chairs and barbeque grill.The cottage comes furnished with a queen sized bed in the bedroom, pull out sleeper sofa in the living room, and two double mattresses in the upstairs loft, allowing 4 adults and 4 children to stay there. The ceiling in the loft is low, so it may not be suitable for older kids. Kitchen utensils and linens are furnished at no extra cost. The cottage contains about 400 sq. ft. downstairs plus the loft, whose dimensions are about 10x12 and 4 feet tall at the highest point.

You will have access to all amenities in the RV resort: two indoor, heated swimming pools and hot tubs, pool and ping pong table, free computer to use, rec. rooms, free coffee throughout the day, TV room, shuffleboard and more.

We are located just one block east of IH 35, which makes us convenient to all New Braunfels attractions such as Schlitterbahn, historic Gruene, Comal & Guadalupe rivers,etc. Located just a short drive to San Antonio, San Marcos (home of the outlet malls), and Austin. Close drive to Retama Park, Natural Bridge Caverns, Natural Bridge Wildlife Ranch, San Marcos Outlet Malls, and much more.

Amenities at the property include FREE wireless internet and cable TV, two indoor heated swimming pools and hot tubs, fitness room, free coffee in the office all day long, free computer to use, Jumping Pillow, Aero Ball, playground for younger kids, shuffleboard table & courts, game room that includes a pool & ping pong table, Play Station 3, Wii, Xbox, air hockey and more, three clean, spacious bath houses, three laundry rooms, and two recreation rooms suitable for larger groups such as reunions, business meetings, rallies, sports teams, etc. We have many more in room amenities than hotels and motels, both inside the cottage itself as well as at the property. 

Hill Country RV Resort is located in the heart of many nearby attractions. San Antonio, New Braunfels and Austin are all nearby. With so many attractions one could stay for months and still have things to do.

The world famous Schlitterbahn Water Park, historic Gruene, “toobing” on the Comal and Guadalupe Rivers with local outfitters such as Rockin' R River Rides, Texas Tubes, and Gruene River Company, Landa Park Golf Course, Natural Bridge Wildlife Ranch, Retama Park Race Track, and Natural Bridge Caverns.

Being less than a 15 minute drive to the outskirts of San Antonio to the south, we are within a short drive to the Alamo, River Walk, Sea World, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, San Antonio Zoo and much more.

To the north of us, you can take a 15 minute drive to the beautiful town of San Marcos, home of two large outlet malls, Texas State University, Aquarena Springs and more.

Austin, the capital of Texas, is a short 45 minute drive. While there, you can visit the Texas Capitol, Governor’s Mansion, Zilker Park, University of Texas, Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center and much more.
