New 2008 Echo Summit Chalet in South Lake Tahoe

Located on Echo Summit we are only 12 miles to stateline casinos but a world away from the hustle and bustle! We back right up to forestland perfect for endless exploring meadows, rivers and lakes. A short hike to Echo Lakes, Sierra-at-Tahoe ski resort, Pacific Crest Trail, Pony Express, Tahoe Rim Trail.

Downstairs: Enter the livingroom with custom made gas river-rock fireplace and 42" HDTV television. Open cathedral ceilings in the living and diningroom and huge windows take advantage of spectacular unobstructed views of the forest. The kitchen features granite countertops and new energy star stainless appliances. 2 bedrooms downstairs both have closets full length mirrors and dressers.One with full size bed, one with queen sized sleigh bed. One full bathroom with washer and dryer.

Upstairs: 2 large and sunny loft areas with tv, game room, library and trundle bed (two twin). Nice views to downstairs area and out windows. One upstairs bedroom with one full-sized bed, armiore and closet. Full bathroom.

Our home is decorated with art and antiques we also have a huge wrap aroud deck with BBQ facilities and hottub.
