Coachman House overlooking lake Granby $125/nt until Summer in Grand Lake

This beautiful home is located just  5 minutes outside the town of Grand Lake right off highway 34.  The house has beautiful views of Lake Granby and the divide.  The boat launch is just across the road and we are located 200 yards off County Rd #4, which is the main road you would take to access the snowmobile trails.  The home has 4 bedrooms total and a loft, 3 bedrooms are on the main floor.  The upstairs has an oversized master bedroom with a master bath and a loft with a sleeper couch.  There is a laundry room on the main floor.  The gas fireplace is located in the cozy main room where you will find panoramic views out of every window in this room. Step outside on the deck and relax while taking in all of the beautiful scenery. Cable TV and High Speed Wireless Internet.

This spacious home has 4 bedrooms and a loft and offers everything you would need to enjoy a perfect stay. The master bedroom and the main room both have Dish network cable tv. Secured wireless Internet access is available throughout the house. There is a king bed in the master bedroom and a master bath with dual sinks.  Two of the rooms on the main floor have queen size beds with new pillowtop mattresses.  There is a double or full bed in the 3rd bedroom on the main floor and the loft upstairs has a sleeper sofa. The beds all have linens so you don't need to bring them. All of the furniture is new and comfortable and each room carries its own theme .  The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, wine glasses, silverware, glasses and everything you need to cook at home.  The appliances are all first class and new. There is a breakfast bar off the kitchen.  The house is also stocked with bath towels, hair blow dryer, iron and a baby portable crib. This home is inviting and comfortable.

The Coachman house is only 2 miles from the best snowmobiling trails in the country, only 2 miles from the Stillwater boat launch for ice fishing or summer boating.  The house overlooks the lake and is only 5 miles from the town of Grand Lake.  Renters will enjoy many activities the town of Grand Lake has to offer, such as fishing, boating, hiking, shopping, dining out, snowmobiling or just staying in for a relaxing evening at home. 

Summer  Nightly Rates: $220.00 per night (3 night minimum)-May 24-Sept. 4.    *Excludes 4th of July- see below for rates

July 3,4,5,6: rate is $275/night (4 night min.) or a weekly rate of $1600 for any week including those dates

Summer Weekly Rates:$ $1370.00 May 24-Sept. 4

Fall Nightly Rates: $175.00 a night September-November (2 night minimum)

Fall Weekly Rates: $1100.00 September-November

Winter Nightly Rates: $185.00 a night, December-March (2 night minimum) *Exludes Dec. 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31 and Jan. 1-see below for rates

Winter Weekly Rates: $1160.00 December-March, Excludes weeks of Christmas and New Years-see below for rates

Spring Nightly Rates: $125.00 a night (2 night minimum), April-May 24th

Spring Weekly Rates: $800.00, April-May 23

Christmas and New Years: Dec. 22-27 nightly rate of $250.00,Dec. 28-Jan. 1 $275/night (3 night minimum), Weekly rate $1300.00 for Christmas and $1550 for New Years.

$250.00 Deposit required on all rentals, 100 percent refundable if house is in perfect condition upon your departure.  This is not part of the rent.  The deposit will be refunded within 30 days of departure.

Cleaning fee of $100.00, on all stays less than a week is to be paid in full when rent is paid 30 days prior to occupancy
