Lovely gulf front cottage in Old Seagrove directly overlooks the beach from a high bluff.  “Magnolia Cottage” is an original Seagrove Beach home attractively updated and decorated to keep the feel of Old Seagrove. The home has a nice split floor plan all on one level and is ideal for satisfying the needs of a large family or sharing with another family. The large great room, with fireplace to use during the cooler months, opens on to a Gulf front sunroom that runs the width of the home.  Five large sets of windows in the sunroom offer spectacular views.  The main house has four bedrooms and two baths (showers only) with two adult bedrooms having views of the Gulf of Mexico.  TV's are in the great room and all but one bedroom.  The main house can sleep up to eight guests in beds plus an additional four guests by way of the sofa sleepers in the great room and sunroom.  The optional separate pool-side guest room and private bath (shower only) can be rented for an additional fee and sleeps two more.  Guests will enjoy a large, privacy fenced pool with plenty of pool-side furniture, a private beach stairway, charcoal grills, covered parking, and Wifi if you bring a laptop computer.  Located 1/2 mile from the famous resort community of Seaside where there are restaurants and shopping.  Within easy walking distance to Seaside, Watercolor, and the Seagrove Village Market along the paved walking/biking path right in front of the house.  Well behaved dogs will also be considered.  An additional pet fee may apply.  Magnolia Cottage is an ideal, spacious, "true Beach House" for the family that wants a laid-back relaxing vacation. Most dogs, that are well behaved, will be allowed for an additional non-refundable pet fee.  A cleaning fee, processing fee, and 11.5% state and local taxes are extra.

A 7-night minimum stay is usually required Saturday to Saturday during spring break and summer.  Four night minimum stay over Labor Day.  Five night minimum stays over Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.   Shorter stays will be considered closer to an arrival date.
