Vacation Rental Description

Luxury house set on Riverside golf course at Fairmont, great views 
over the mountains and the Columbia river. Huge upper deck 
overlooking 
the sixteenth green with an outside hot tub which seats 8 - 10 
people, 
with ever-changing coloured underwater fibre optic lights and 32 
plus 
jets for theraputic heaven. .Oak flooring abounds beautiful large 
kitchen, 700ft living room with log fireplace and adjoining pool room
and an oak 4.5 X 9ft. pool table. 
Owners live in a self-contained apartment in the basement, and are 
there to give advice and fix any problems that might arise
, and maintain the garden.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Apart from the previously mentioned items the house comes equiped 
with Wireless Internet access,
a microwave oven, convection oven, trash compacter, garborator, 
countertop hob,  dishwasher and a washer & drier. Gas BBQ. 32 inch 
flat 
screen TV with DVD/VCR in living room, and 2 more TV's & 1 more VCR 
in 
bedrooms. 2 person jacussi tub in master bedroom ensuite for 
decadent 
relaxation. Piano and decorative fish tank.  All linens and towels 
are 
provided. Secret staircase leads to lookout room with panoramic 360 
degree views of golf course.

Activities and Attractions

There are 10 golf courses nearby ranging in price from $7 to $95 a 
round.We are on the RIVERSIDE GOLF COURSE named the best Canadian 
golf 
course in 1998. Close to famous Fairmont NATURAL HOT POOLS, 
odorless, 
outdoors, and open all year! The local ski hill is less than a mile 
away. PANORAMA ( the western hemisphere's second largest vertical) 
just 40 mins away  which also has extensive Heli-skiing and 
crosscountry trails. 7 other ski resorts  including Lake Louise and 
Sunshine Villiage less then two hours away. Fishing lakes abound and 
the hiking is world famous either in the Purcell or Rocky mountains 
which are on your doorstep.Also whitewater rafting, and trail rides.
2 nearby lakes provide swimming beaches, sailing, canoeing, 
windsurfing etc.

July & Aug. & all holiday weeks ..........$2100 per week
Nov. & Dec. (except Christmas & New year) $900 per week
Holidays include Christmas, New Year, Easter & Presidents week
Minimum rental - 3 nights, July & Aug. - weeks only
