Luxury house set on Riverside golf course at Fairmont, great views
over the mountains and the Columbia river. Huge upper deck
overlooking
the sixteenth green with an outside hot tub which seats 8 - 10
people,
with ever-changing coloured underwater fibre optic lights and 32
plus
jets for theraputic heaven. .Oak flooring abounds beautiful large
kitchen, 700ft living room with log fireplace and adjoining pool room
and an oak 4.5 X 9ft. pool table.
Owners live in a self-contained apartment in the basement, and are
there to give advice and fix any problems that might arise
, and maintain the garden.

round.We are on the RIVERSIDE GOLF COURSE named the best Canadian
golf
course in 1998. Close to famous Fairmont NATURAL HOT POOLS,
odorless,
outdoors, and open all year! The local ski hill is less than a mile
away. PANORAMA ( the western hemisphere's second largest vertical)
just 40 mins away which also has extensive Heli-skiing and
crosscountry trails. 7 other ski resorts including Lake Louise and
Sunshine Villiage less then two hours away. Fishing lakes abound and
the hiking is world famous either in the Purcell or Rocky mountains
which are on your doorstep.Also whitewater rafting, and trail rides.

windsurfing etc.
