(Sleeps 10+)3 Bedrooms have Calif. Kings, 4th bedroom has a King, and 5th bedroom a Queen. There is also a double futon in the Sunroom. We have new feather beds on each bed and child gates for safety and convenience!

This new home has been 5 years in building. Extremely spacious
throughout with all the amenities of home. Approx. 5,000 sq. ft.just
across from the lake with plenty of lake view. The home is just down the
street from the Assoc. private beach , pier and tennis courts. On the first floor is a huge deck off the open living room, dining and kitchen, vaulted ceilings, 2 bedroom suites with private baths and guest bedroom and bath. The 2nd floor has a huge pool room loft viewing out to the lake as well, a sun room with a double futon lakeside, the lakeside master suite and 5th bedroom suite with two more private decks and private baths. The master suite has a Jacuzzi and steam shower along with a 2nd fireplace. Huge fenced-in back yard fully landscaped with park-like lawn setting, built in stainless steel BBQ with gas from the home, surrounded with river rock. 2-car garage (deep enough for a boat) with extra area along side, and parking in driveway for 4 more cars (plus street in summer).

The home is finished with granite in the large, open  gourmet kitchen and extraordinary island/bar. The kitchen has all stainless
steel appliances including Sub-Zero refrigerator and crisper drawers, large
Dacor gas range, vent hood, built-in Cappuccino maker, micro, dishwasher
and two sinks. All bathrooms are marble, glass enclosures, multiple
sinks, extensive mirrors, quartsite rock floors. Most flooring in the home
is wood.

The entire home has hydronic heat. The fireplace is finished in hand
picked large river rock and extends two stories high with seating
across the front. Indirect and mood lighting throughout.

Four of the bedrooms are suites with large bedrooms and baths. The
living room has HD Big Screen Cable TV with expanded channel access,
Stereo, DVD, VCR, CD Player. There are TV’s in every room and various DVD, VCR  and stereos in the rooms. HIGH SPEED INTERNET NOW AVAILABLE! The pool room has a tournament size pool table.

The home is set up for entertainment for everyone or just relax with a
book in the Sunroom looking out to the lake. The Sunroom also has an
exercise bike and Ab machine for the energetic.

In the summer you will have access to Dollar Point heated pool, tennis
courts and private beach and pier, or bike along the path into Tahoe
City (2 miles) and beyond along the Truckee River or West Shore. Bike trails are abundant in the area. Try the bike lift at North Star for downhill.
Hiking trails are endless and beautiful. Lake fishing companies out of Tahoe City if you don’t have your own boat, and of course all the lake activities. You may also rent a boat or Jetskiis in town.

In the winter you are located minutes away from the world class ski
resorts of Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows and North Star. Dollar Point
and the location of the home have great sun exposure making access much easier in the winter. There are numerous shops in Tahoe City and fine restaurants all along the North Shore.
Casinos are also about 10 minutes away. 3-5 min. from Tahoe City
(50-60 min. from Reno Airport).

leave our shoes in the interior entry Hawaiian style.
