Enjoy our beautiful condominium at the shore which comfortably sleeps up to six people! We are centrally located with an easy one block walk to the beach, boardwalk, popular nightlife, entertainment and restaurants. Avoid the hassle of street parking, this unit comes with a designated spot for one car.
Our condominium is on the second floor with a balcony/patio which overlooks the pool and is the perfect place to relax with family and friends. The expansive patio/balcony is complete with two gas grill, table, chairs and lounge chairs for your outdoor enjoyment.
The bedroom has two full beds and the living room has a pull-out sleeper sofa. Condo was just rennovated to update appliances, floors, paint, etc.. New installed tile flooring cover the entire condominium. The condominium has air-conditioning and the kitchen is newly rennovated with all new applicances. Enjoy Cable TV with DVD/VCR and Free WiFI.
A 15 minute ride to historic Cape May, its Victorian shops and beautiful zoo. Only 30 minutes to the glitter and glamour of Atlantic City and its casinos and night life. To maintain our family atmosphere, lessees must be 25 years of age or above.

$200.00 deposit and half the rental due at signing. Remaining amount due is payable 30 days prior to beginning of rental period. CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED. Reservation is not considered booked until the owner receives a signed lease and the deposit has been cashed.
Condo is supplied with pillows and blankets. (Tenant supplies linens, towels, toiletries, etc...)
Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Check in is at 3:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am.
