Vacation Rental Rates

$1,250/week non-summer plus $250 cleaning fee
$1,450/week summer plus $250 cleaning fee
$1,750/week Christmas weeks plus $250 cleaning fee
$250/day daily rate
  
Hawaii state tax of 11.416% will be charged on rental fee.  We accept 
credit cards.  $500 Security deposit required. Non-smokers 
only.  Property is professionally managed.
