Oceanside, air-conditioned and ADORABLE!  Newly renovated (in 2001) 
beach cottage with: new "pergo" wood flooring throughout/ceiling 
fans/new kitchen appliances/fully equipped kitchen/microwave/washer & 
dryer (in home)/towels (including beach towels)/linens/two TV's (w/ 
cable)/beach chairs/pails and shovels for the kiddles/videos/books/
toys & more...even a blender for those Pina Coladas!  We have tried 
extra hard to make your stay exceptional! Guests are returning so we 
must be doing something right!  :)

~Outdoor hot & cold shower~

Our home sleeps up to six people.  You will find a queen size bed in 
one bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom and a brand new, full-
size futon sofa in the family room.

$850 per week/3,000 per month (April 1st - Labor Day) [high season]
$750.00 per week (2,000 per month - Sept 5th - December 20th)


$150.00 per night*High Season and $125.00 per night September 5th - 
December 20th.

* two night minimum available during 
September/October/November & through December 20th.

Pets (when permitted)require an additional security deposit.
