The Cabinetmaker's House is spacious, up-to-date, beautifully built, nestled in the quiet fir trees only two miles north to the village of Tenants Harbor and two miles south to Port Clyde and the ferry to Monhegan Island. The area is pristine yet has restaurants and general stores close at hand. A sandy beach, unusual for these parts, is a mile away. The photos you see are all very close to the house yet house off main road.

This is a most beautiful part of Maine and in an area that is over 80% lobster fishermen and their families. The most exciting town for culture in Maine is Rockland, nearby, and Thomaston is beautiful old 1800s houses and a place to walk and shop.
