Huge living room salon with sofa & chairs, watch cable TV bring your lap top computer enjoy free wi fi at night and why not dine at her large dining table, there is a full galley kitchen with electric stove and oven and microwave & dish washer. Comes complete with pots, pans, silverware and glasses. The staterooms each have lots of draws big ceader closets and two rooms have lighted makeup tables. So why not loung around on the bed in your own room and watch cable TV  or freshen up in your own private bathroom with toilet, sink, shower complete with towels. Let the yacht Dolphin Lady relax you, put your head on a pillow and sleep like a baby in moms arms, at this nice calm ocean view slip overnight at Ocean Side Marina, slip #635 alone or with your group up to six.

Check in and check out are flexable negotible

            Check in at  1pm to 130 pm or after 5:30pm           at the end of your stay  Check out is at 9am

Due to the process of the filtration system while being docked  I encourage limited use of the  showers on the boat  I use mine just for rising.  I encourage the use of the bath house showers and toilets on shore less than 100 yards away . Same goes for the marine heads, (toilets) all water goes into a holding tank and must be pumped out limited use is encouraged but not required.

 Prior to checking out, please follow these procedures:

1. leave the beds unmade
2. place all used towels in the bathrooms to be picked up
3. Place all dirty dishes, utensils, glasses, pots; pans etc in the dishwasher DO NOT turn on.
4. Gather up all trash in the boat from all the rooms and leave out side near the dock box for disposal.
5. Return furniture to its proper place if move.
6. Vacuum or sweep any excess
7. Make sure the  refrigerator is cleaned out
8. Report any damages
9. give me a call let me no you checked out   not required

NO Housekeeping this is your stay vacation no matter how many nights are reserved. If you need any amenities that were not provide you have these options, there is a small store located on the property. Key west is only a 2 mile by 4 mile island so everything is less than 4.5 miles away.  Here there is a Tom Thumbs super market or Dions less than eighth of a mile away. This is a unique experience a step above camping not a hotel, no hotel services.

 PARKING – Parking Lot free

 LAUNDRY FACILITIES - inquire (located at the bath house charges 2:00 to wash and 2:00 to dry)

 PETS   No animals or pets of any kind are allowed

 Special NOTE – Marine Heads, do not put a lot of toilet paper and NO sanitary produce in the Marine Head ………… please use the waste basket!!!!
