3 bedroom, 2 bath home with solar-heated swimming pool for year 
round swimming comfort. All of your troubles will fade away once you 
set foot in this beautiful oasis.

Great for all types of visitors - honeymooners, families, singles, 
couples, and business travelers. Just steps to breathtaking Kailua 
beach.  Our home is adorned in Hawaiian-style furnishings and 
sits amidst lush tropical landscaping. For ultimate privacy, it is 
surrounded by a privacy fence. Hi Speed Internet Connection.  Air 
conditioned. TV/VCR/DVD, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. 
Washer/dryer. Boogie boards, beach chairs, beach mats, snorkel 
equipment, beach toys for children. Some of the finest restaurants 
on the island and shopping centers are nearby. 

At Hale Ihilani ("House of Heavenly Splendor" in Hawaiian), you
will truly experience paradise. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Hi Speed Internet Connection; Sleeps up to 6 comfortably; 2 Queen-
sized beds and two singles that can be converted to a king; Solar-
heated swimming pool; Air conditioned; Washer/Dryer; Cable 
TV/VCR/DVD; Gas grill; Great kitchen equipped with range/oven,large 
refrigerator with ice maker,dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave 
oven, mixer, blender, toaster,and garbage disposal, dishes, eating 
and cooking utensils, starter paper products and many spices for 
cooking or grilling; Garage parking; Beach towels, beach chairs, 
beach mats, beach umbrella, boogie boards, snorkel equipment, 
coolers, beach toys for children; Board games for both adults and 
children.

Massage therapist will make house calls upon request.

Activities and Attractions

There is much to do here in Kailua, whether it be strolling hand-in-
hand along the uncrowded beach , building sand castles, 
swimming, shore or deep sea fishing, snorkeling, wind surfing, 
kayaking, walking, or bicycling. If you like the night life, there 
is fun and funky Pinky’s Pupu Bar & Grill just down the road where 
many locals frequent.  There also are some of the finest restaurants 
on the island. 20-25 minutes away from  Sea Life Park, Waikiki, the 
zoo, Pearl Harbor, Iolani Palace and many other historical sites you 
won't want to 
miss.

Rental Rates:  Monthly rentals available
.	$375.00 per night for up to 6 people (Jan 6-Dec 14)
                    $450.00 per night for up to 6 people (Dec 15-Jan 5)
.       11.96% Hawaii tax  	
.	$250.00 out-cleaning fee
.       2% processing fee

Rental Policy:
·	50% deposit to confirm reservation
·	80% refund of deposit if cancelled 45 days prior to arrival

No refund of deposit if cancelled more than 45 days of 
arrival date unless property is re-booked
