Rates do not include cleaning fees or state and county taxes for rents less than 91 days. End stay cleaning fees vary from $65-$95 depending upon length of stay, and will be added to rental amount to determine the basic rental fee. State and County tax rate is currently 9.75% of the total basic rental fee.
