You'll love this Cool Silver Lake Getaway with open floor plan. Enjoy all of the comforts of home in this charming, comfortable cottage close to all of the action but located in a quiet setting close to all of the Association amenities. Relax and enjoy your vacation in the rain or sunshine on the covered porch. The kids will enjoy the swing set located next to the cottage in a nice sandy area.

cottage rental amenities
Amenities include: A/C, dishwasher, washer/dryer, 3 cable TVs, dvd, radio/cd player, picnic table, gas grill, lawn chairs, fire pit and swing set in a sandy play area for children. The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, ice maker, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and all the "trimmings", including basic spices. Pack-n-play and high chair included for little ones. All towels and linens are furnished. We also furnish soft soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap and limited paper products. Books, games and cards are also provided for your entertainment.
Association amenities include heated pool with water slide, tennis courts, shuffle board court, basketball court, tether ball, horse shoe pit and relaxing garden area with a lovely water feature. WiFi is available at the lodge behind the pool. It's just a short walk to the 400 feet of the Association's Silver Lake frontage where you can anchor or stake your watercraft at our dock space, have a picnic (grills and tables available), play volley ball and/or enjoy gorgeous sunsets.

Prime summer weeks rent Saturday to Saturday.
Pet allowed with prior permission. A non-refundable $50 "doggie fee" applies.
