This newly constructed home with bay & ocean views is the perfect place to spend your vacation.

The main floor has a living room with views across Netarts Bay to the Ocean, a dining area, a wood stove, and a beautiful kitchen. There is also a bedroom on the main floor as well as a full bathroom. Upstairs, there is a second bedroom with a queen bed, a second full bathroom and a large open area with a full size futon, a day bed with trundle (two twins), a combination pool/air hockey table. You can step outside onto the 2nd floor deck to relax and enjoy the views. At the end of the day, you can relax in the hot tub on the back patio.

It's a quick walk down to the bay, where you can dig for clams or rent a boat to go crabbing. Less than a mile away you can get local seafood at the Schooner, or you can hop in your car and try the delicious food at Roseanna's a few miles to the North.

Guest limit is 4 adults and 4 children max.

Please note that this a quiet family neighborhood and there is a strict limit of three vehicles allowed at the house at any time.
