From October through April, our rates for stays other than holidays
is $1200/week. If you would like a weekend only, we will do our
best to accomodate the dates you need. However, the rate will
remain $1200/week. You are welcome to only stay for the weekend at
your choice. We will not prorate your stay.

Five bedrooms including a Large MASTER BEDROOM with a deck on the
main floor and a LUXURY UPPER COTTAGE MASTER SUITE on its own
private floor! The Master Suite has a front porch with an ocean view
as well as a huge sun deck for private sun bathing! The property
sleeps 12 family members in total luxury and comfort. The "Great
Room" features a huge living room, dining room and top-of-the-line
kitchen. The front porch is a perfect place to have a meal or simply
to relax. There are 4 decks total for you to enjoy in this great
vacation property. Big 32" screen TV/VCR in the living room, CD

Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Washer/Dryer, 1 Car
Garage plus 2 Driveway Spots, Gas Grill (BBQ), "After Swim" Shower,
Ample Storage, huge master suite, We include 6 beach tags as a
convenience to our renters. However, we make no guarantees that the
beach tags will be in the unit. Previous renters sometimes take them
home by mistake. We will do our best to make sure they are available
but will not be held responsible if they are not.

Activities: Your family is within easy walking distance to the
outstanding Ocean City boardwalk with its quaint shops, great food
and rides for the kids. Enjoy a morning bike ride on the boardwalk or
just take a stroll. We will also provide you a list of our favorite
restaurants for breakfast, dinner or simply to hang out and get a
drink.

World class casino gaming is only 8 miles away in Atlantic City. Or,
take a short ride to Historic Cape May. Jet-ski rentals are just
minutes away in the bay. Somers Point is the next town and this is
where the bars and dance clubs are.

Area: This property is condo style with two levels of living space
plus the roof-top sundeck. It creates a feeling of space and allows
for added privacy even while vacationing with a large family.
TV/VCR's in the bedrooms is an added amenity we have chosen to
provide. Now all family members can watch whatever they want,
whenever they want!

We have owned numerous Ocean City vacation rental properties since
1997. This property incorporates everything we have learned over the
years as far as making rental families feel comfortable. We take
this process very seriously. We make every effort to provide
anything and everything your family will need on vacation. We tried
to furnish the rental as if we would be the renters. The little
things make all the difference!


DEPOSITS
A $300.00 deposit is required in order to reserve your week. This
would then become your security deposit. After we receive this
deposit, we will prepare and mail you the lease agreements. 1/2
payment would be due in one month and the balance would be due 30
days prior to occupancy.

This is not your typical rental. Everything in our unit is top
quality with attention to detail. All appliances are brand new.
Wall to wall carpet as well as ceramic tile. Short walk to beach
and boardwalk activities. 1 car garage with 2 additional driveway
spots, after swim shower. Six Beach tags are included as a
convenience. We will make every effort to make sure the beach tags
remain in the property all season. However, we make no guarantees
in this regard. Unlimited local phone usage included. All decks
are appointed with "top-of-the-line" outdoor furnishings. The all
important gas grill for barbecues is included as well!

We have added some new furnishings on the front porch to further enhance an already beautiful home.
The party lights on the porch add to the experience.
Our rooftop deck now has a beautiful tropical vibe with a loveseat,
2 highback chairs, ottomon and stylish coffee table. Enjoy a few
drinks and watch the ferris wheel spin on the boardwalk! This
outdoor space is sure to be your family's favorite!

Enjoy our extensive VHS movie library with titles including 101
Dalmatians, Apollo 13, Shawshank Redemption, 16 Candles, The
Godfather, Scarface, Dances With Wolves, Bull Durham, American
Beauty and many, many more!

Close to jetski rentals and fishing. Easy walk to the best
boardwalk in New Jersey. Wonderland Pier has outstanding rides for
the kids and is in easy walking distance! Outstanding restaurants
in Ocean City and Somers Point are minutes away. Historic Cape May
is only 30 minutes south. Casino gaming in Atlantic City is only 8
short miles away. Great clubs are in Somers Point for your
evening enjoyment!

Outdoor deck bars: Caroline's in Somers Point, Crabby Jacks in
Somers Point, The Dauville Inn in Strathmere, Tuckahoe Inn in
Tuckahoe. There are also numerous beach bars in Atlantic City.
