Located on Edelweiss Mountain, near beautiful Lake Pactola, West of
Rapid City, in the heart of Black Hills of South Dakota.
This is our personal vacation home. We rent it a few times during the
year.
The Owls Nest is beautifully decorated, very clean and completely
furnished.

Nov 01-Mar 31: $169/night for first two adults, add $20/night for
each additional person over age 12
Apr 01-May 11: $189/night for first two adults, add $20/night for
each additional person over age 12
May 12-Sep 15: $219/night for first two adults, add $20/night for each additional person over age 12
Sep 16-Oct 31: $189/night for first two adults, add $20/night for
each additional person over age 12
Sturgis Week: Flat rate of $2900 up to12 total persons.
We prefer weekly rentals but we allow a minimum 4 night rental.
One night stay deposit required to hold reservation.
Reservation cancellation before 60 days of rental date: deposit (less $25 processing fee) refunded.
Reservation cancellation 59 days or less of rental date: no deposit return unless I can rerent.
