Vacation Rental Description

Located on Edelweiss Mountain, near beautiful Lake Pactola, West of 
Rapid City, in the heart of Black Hills of South Dakota.
This is our personal vacation home. We rent it a few times during the year. We do not have other 
rentals.
The Owls Nest is beautifully decorated, very clean and completely 
furnished.

Vacation Rental Rates

2008 Rates
June, July, August (We are full for Bike Rally week 2008)
Base Rate: $219/night for 2 People  Each additional person over age 12 $20/night, age 12 or under 
free.  7th night free!
  We prefer weekly rentals but we allow a minimum 4 night rental.
  One night stay deposit required to hold reservation.
  Reservation cancellation within 60 days of rental date:  deposit (less $25 processing fee) refunded.
  Reservation cancellation 59 days or less of rental date:  no deposit return unless I can rerent.
  -add 5% SD sales tax to total rental rate 
   
Off Season Rates  
Nov 01-Mar 31:  $169/night for first two adults, add $20/night for each additional person over age 12
Apr 01-May 11:  $189/night for first two adults, add $20/night for each additional person over age 12
May 12-Sep 15:  $219/night for first two adults, add $20/night for each additional person over age 12
Sep 16-Oct 31:  $189/night for first two adults, add $20/night for each additional person over age 12
