It is five min drive to Beaver Creek ski resort and a 10 min. drive to Vail. Amenities within short walk include 2 golf courses, tennis, outdoor pool (summer), cross country skiing and more... Included in your stay, High-speed internet connection available, wireless or cable.<p>

Comfortable beds with luxury linens! There is a spiral staircase to the Master suite that has a queen, master bath with jacuzzi tub and flat screen tv. 2nd bedroom has queen bed and own balcony. 3rd bedroom has full bunk bed with twin upper; this room also has a pull out sofa sleeper with DirectTV & DVD player. Bathroom on this level has been remodeled including a grantite countertop vanity.<p>

Remodeled kitchen with hickory cabinets, newer appliances and Silestone counter top.  Kitchen is equipped with some spices, paper/plastic products, coffee filters, dishes, pots and utensils for your cooking needs.

Living room area has reclining leather couches, flat screen TV, & abundant light,  . All of this combined with the vaulted ceiling and wood burning fireplace create a cozy feel.  Call or email Laura for more info.

Great Place

This is a great place. It's in great condition, neat, clean, everything works and convenient to many ski areas. The furniture and beds are all very comfortable. The TV is a nice current flat screen. The couches are all recliners enabling a nice snooze after a day out. The kitchen is very functional with plenty of storage for a week's groceries. It's quiet and the maintenance (snow clearing) crews are polite and helpful.

Vail and Beaver Creek are very close. Breckenridge and the Summit county areas are easy to get to. Even Steamboat and Winter Park are within easy reach for a day trip.

Certainly Vail has many restaurants, but also try The Turntable in Minturn for breakfast and The Yacht Club in Wolcott for dinner. The Gore Range Brewery in Avon also had a great menu.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, sight seeing

This is a great rental property. The owner is very helpful and available by phone or email. The home was clean with good furniture, comfortable beds, great kitchen with all the kitchen utensils supplied. The bathrooms were very clean also and well supplied. This property is located in a great area and very family friendly. I would easily recommend this home to anyone looking for a great and affordable place to stay. Will stay here again if my family and I should return.

If you’re looking for a property to rent while taking a vacation rent this property. A group of my friends and I rented this property for a ski vacation. When we arrived we found it to feel like home. The owner of the property is fun to talk with, responsible, extremely helpful, thoughtful for the guests, and very fair on rental price. I spoke with the owner via phone and email on several occasions to get a better understanding of Vail. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to call or email. The owner will answer the phone and respond to email quickly.

The property is in a very quiet location and the parking is designated in front town home. You do not have to worry about walking from the car. Forget about the worries of needing amenities of a home. The town home is equipped with all the necessities you will need in every aspect of everyday living. There is firewood cut and waiting for you as well. The bathrooms are fully equipped with nice towels and function well. The kitchen is very clean and fully equipped with any utensil you will need and the appliances are maintained and function well. There is a gas grill on the patio. The bedrooms are very spacious with enough closet space, and the beds are clean and comfortable.

If you want to hang around the house for a day to acclimate to the altitude you will have cable TV or a few DVD’s to select from to keep you entertained. The furniture is in good condition and maintained well. This property is solid, reliable, and feels like home. If it is available, rent it! Yes, we would rent it again when returning to Vail!
