This 3 Bedroom 2.5 Bath home boasts an open floor plan and is a vacationer’s delight! 4th Bedroom converted to executive office.
The main level offers an entertainment style kitchen with granite counters and new appliances. The kitchen is adjacent a wonderful game room complete with TV, pool table and dart machine…all on Bamboo wood flooring. There are sliding doors that lead to cozy deck that provides great sun for afternoon lounging. The dining room overlooks the living area where brand new (June 2010) furniture is ready for watching a movie or the game on the big screen with full surround sound. The living room has plantation shutters, a wet bar, fireplace and direct access to the back deck with a built in BBQ. Going down the stairs from the living room, the home has a built in 200 bottle wine cellar and a fully finished 2 garage (‘’man cave’’) The garage has a 37’ plasma TV, stereo, ping pong table, fooseball table and work out equipment. The rental includes usage of two bicycles and surfboard…and beach chairs for everyone.
The 3 bedrooms are located upstairs. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king sized bed with recently remodeled ensuite bath with Travertine tile. The master also has a tremendous walk-in closet, plasma TV, surround sound and a private deck. The home offers 2 other bedrooms also on the top floor with Queen sized beds and mirrored wardrobes.
To help with any vacation guilt the home also offers a fully equipped office with wireless internet, computer monitor, color printer, scanner/fax and even a plasma TV to keep you up to date on the stock market.
The home is located on top of the bluffs overlooking Newport Beach…a 10 minute walk to the sand. This location provides all the beach benefits without having to deal with the chaos (or cost) of being beachfront. The community offers a beautiful pool, Jacuzzi, and new tennis courts. There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway with overflow into the courtyard.
Weather in Newport is nearly perfect. 75-85 degrees during the day and 60’s in the evening. And there’s always a pleasant breeze just when you want it!
Kitchen is equipped with all dishes, utensils and cookware. Linens are provided for all beds and there are full sized washer and dryers located in the garage.
The townhouse is a few minutes drive to Fashion Island, South Coast Plaza and a myriad of excellent restaurants. If theme parks are on the list, DisneyLand and Knott’s Berry Farm are only ½ hour away.

Reservations will be placed on a courtesy hold for 48 hrs. To confirm booking contract and deposit must be received. 50% due with contract, balance due 30 days prior to stay. $500 cleaning deposit due with balance.
