Coccinella” complex. Look out into the lush garden courtyard and try
to decide if you want to relax in the pool or head down to Mamita’s
or Beach Tukan. If you choose a beach club, fifty pesos
(approx.$5.usd) will provide you with a chaise, a shady palapa and
prompt, friendly service. Enjoy the ‘scenery’, in and out of the
clear, warm, turquoise waters of ‘El Caribe’.
La Coccinella is nestled in what locals refer to as Quinta Nueva
or ‘new 5th Avenue’. Just off of Avenida 5th at Calle 28th you will
be staying in one of the newest and most tastefully built areas of
this popular Yucatan destination. Since it is situated around the
corner from restaurants, shops, internet cafes, beach clubs and
more - everything you need is within walking distance.
This is truly a one-of-a-kind destination. Playa (as referred to by

Rental  Policy

-50% of total rental fee is deposited to reserve.
-Balance due 30 days prior to check-in date

Cancellation Policy

-Cancellations prior to 30 days of check-n date receive 50% refund of paid deposit.

-Refund is paid within 14 business days of cancellation.

-Cancellations less than 30 days prior to check-in date are non-refundable.

Security Deposit

-Cash 'Loss or Damage' deposit varies depending on number of guests and length of stay. Total amount is refundable at check-out.

-Lost key/s is a $15. replacement fee
