Avaiability Calender is Current! Our NEW luxury, air conditioned, professionally decorated villa features 5 Bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. This villa has 2 master suites each with its own private bathroom, both with King beds.  The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed.  The 4th bedroom has (1) twin and (1) full bed and the 5th bedroom has a set of twin bunk beds along with a twin trundle bed.   Each of the bedrooms are equipped with their own flat screen tv with built in DVD player for those time when you or your travel companions just want to watch a movie or catch the news or weather forecast. If you're traveling with smaller children you'll appreciate our baby friendly villa, with a crib, high chair and stroller available for your convenience free of charge. The villa is conveniently located in Trafalgar Village community in Kissimmee, off Poinciana Road. Our guests have full access to the peace and quiet of the community's club house, pool, spa and beach area.

We just added a game room with pool table, foosball table, dart board and flat screen tv!

The clubhouse also features a Workout Gym, 50 seat movie theatre, game room and more and yet your still just 15-20 minutes from the main gates of Disney World.

The villa is equipped with a screened in private pool and spa with covered Lanai and outdoor seating.  Pool heat is available.

The family room 50” HDTV features High Definition plus hundreds all-digital channels with a PS2 gaming system. You can make free long distance calling anywhere in the US, Puerto Rico and Canada.

If tired of walking in the theme parks, you can stay our villa relax to re-energize and have pleasurable time. You can relax in our private swimming pool and hot spa, enjoy a drink and reading in a covered lanai by the pool. The pool comes fitted with a child safety fence and gate.

You can surf the web with wireless 20MBs high speed internet.

There are multiple grocery stores within minutes of the house.  The full kitchen has everything you need to prepare dinner, including large refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, and toaster. It can comfortably seat eight people at a large breakfast table.

The Villa du Lac is managed by a professional local management company with a 24/7 emergency telephone number.

Pool heating is NOT included in the rental rate and is only available from October
to May. It's best to book in advance of your visit to allow us to have the pool
warmed up before you arrive, but if you decide to have it turned once you get
here, that's not a problem – we just ask $10 surcharge to come out & set it
up for you. Pool heat is $150.00 per week or $25.00 night.

Additional $95 cleaning service if rental period is less than 7 nights
