Summer Rates will take effect Memorial Weekend. Winter rates are in effect. Minimim rental is 5 days.
Spring is here and it is great. Sunny blue skies. The rose gardens are wonderful this spring. The nights can be a bit brisk but our sky is full of stars. As spring is in New Mexico we are dealing with the wind some days are better spent visiting the many museums that are available.
We will soon be planting a vegetable garden for all to enjoy.

Hiking and biking trails are excellent and are within minutes from the casita. Biking is GREAT!
Welcome to this wonderful oasis centrally located in the charming north valley.
You enter through your own private courtyard into an inviting casita (small house) with kitchen, bedroom, queen size bed and bath with shower. There is a single size pull out sofa in the front room. Wireless internet access and cable TV. This is a NON-SMOKING unit.
We do have a pool for summer use. It is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
We are located on one enclosed acre of land with an automatic gate for your security.

Welcome Balloon enthusiast we have plenty of space to park balloon trailers.
Easy access to I-25, 15 minutes to Albuquerque's Old Town, 15 minutes to the Tram and one hour drive to Santa Fe. Minutes from the RailRunner (commuter train) and the Hot Air Balloon Park.

We are located close to shopping malls, movie theaters, golf courses, a large variety of excellent restaurants. 2 excellent wineries within minutes. If you love to go antiquing there are over 35 antique shops in Albuquerque and 14 within minutes. Kelly Jo ceramic designs studio is also minutes away. She produces stunning landscape design pottery.
If you enjoy rock climbing the Sandia mountains offer wonderful rock faces and there is a indoor rock gym located within a few minutes of our casita. There are some of the best bike trailes in the area within minutes.
There are several open space walking areas near the river just a short drive away.
