centers and a protected sandy beach. The lake is one of the top
few "Class A" fresh water motorboatlakes in NYS.
Our community is safe, private, beautiful, and is only 12 minutes
away from the town of Catskill, which offers ample shopping, movie
theaters, restaurants, drive-in movie, bowling, etc. Within a 30
minute drive you'll find a water park, go carts, batting cage, and

town of Hudson (major antique center of NYS). Also within 30 minutes
are the Catskill State Forest mountains - which offers spectular
