Vacation Rental Description

Beautifully renovated lakefront home.  Spectacular views overlooking 
a private 2.5 mile long lake from both the main deck and lower 
patio. Prime open, deep water location.  Ideal swimming and fishing 
off a new large dock/swimming platform. The house is comfortably 
situated apart from neighbors for ample privacy. 

This beautiful & private lakefront home on Sleepy Hollow Lake, is 
only a 2 hour drive from NYC & 2.5 hours from much of Long Island & 
New Jersey, and is easily reached via express train out of Penn 
Station.

Sleepy Hollow Lake is a private, gated community with 2 pools, 
tennis and basketball courts, playgrounds, 2 community recreation 
centers and a protected sandy beach. The lake is one of the top 
few "Class A" fresh water motorboatlakes in NYS.

Our community is safe, private, beautiful, and is only 12 minutes 
away from the town of Catskill, which offers ample shopping, movie
theaters, restaurants, drive-in movie, bowling, etc.  Within a 30
minute drive you'll find a water park, go carts, batting cage, and 
the
town of Hudson (major antique center of NYS).  Also within 30 minutes
are the Catskill State Forest mountains - which offers spectular
sightseeing, hiking, waterfalls, fishing, hunting, sking, etc.  
Albany
is 30 miles up the 
Thruway.

planked walls, antique displays, hunting trophies, and wood-burning 
stove.

- Living room has a TV w/VHS,DVD,and stereo CD/fm, sofa & 3 lounge

- $1,600 per 7-night week
- $1,650 per 7-night week which includes a holiday
