Tile and polished concrete floors, 1 Queen bed and 1 full size bed. Screened in porch with lovely daybed. All appliances included, washer and dryer, all linens, are provided, including a fully equipped kitchen with major appliances, including dishwasher, microwave, dishes, pots and pans and silverware. Community barbeque available for visitors. 2 community pebble- tech pools, spa, fitness center, tennis court, 2 club houses, and business center in community club house.

Close to walking trails, Loews Ventana Canyon Resort, Sabino Canyon Recreation Area, Golf courses, fine dining, high end shopping, spas,and numerous art galleries. 30 minute drive to the University, downtown Tucson, Mt. Lemon. Many attractions in southern part of Arizona such as Tubac, and artist community, Bisbee, another art community, Tombstone, Desert Museum, Old Tucson Studios, and San Xavier Mission.
