This is a beautiful house located in a quiet neigborhood facing a deep and clean swimming canal with a 60 feet dock.The canal has easy access to the ocean and bay through Tavernier Creek where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery. It is a big and fenced lot (100ft x 60ft) with a plenty space for parking, a terrace around the house with a barbecue, with a washer, and a dryer. Inside there is also a kitchen with a refrigerator, a range, a kitchen sink, and a microwave oven, also there is living room with TV, DVD, and Direct TV satelite. The master bedroom has a nice full bathroom. Internet service available.

Prices depend on the season desired. Months or weeks including Hollidays have the higher rates. Utilities such as water, sewer, electricity and gas are not included in monthly bases. A security deposit of $500.00 is required in advance to rent and will be refunded after last day rent. If rent is cancelled the security deposit will not be refunded. A $120.00 cleaning fee is required the first day of rent with the rent payment.
