Beautiful beach front home with 4 ocean front bedrooms and 3
1/2 baths. Located at the eastern end of Folly Beach. Fantastic
views, including views of the historic Morris lighthouse and the new
Cooper River bridge. Huge deck overlooking the beach with
unobstructed views up and down the beach. Parking for 3 vehicles.
Check in 4 PM and Checkout is 10AM. See additional information at 2summerplace. No pets, please.

House comes furnished with 2 king BR's, each with private baths (one
king bedroom/bath on the main level, 2nd upstairs), 1 queen bedroom
and a bedroom with 2 twin beds (shared bath with queen bedroom).
Kitchen is completely equipped plus has a microwave, dishwasher,
disposal. Living room has TV (cable) and DVD. TV's in all bedrooms.
Dual central heat and air. Washer/Dryer. Linens supplied.
You bring paper products and personal care items. Secure DSL wireless
broadband now available!

Perfect location for quiet beach vacation. Enjoy beach walks,
surfing, sailing, sunning, etc. during the day and visit nearby
Charleston (15 minutes) at night.
Note: Hurricane Irene (2011) severly eroded the Eastern and Western ends of Folly Beach. As a result the beach availability is very limited at high tide.
