The living room is open and bright with a pitched beam-ceiling and many windows that let in the Southern California light with a gentle breeze blowing in from the Pacific.
Throughout the house you will find hardwood floors with plush area rugs. The living room has a comfortable sofa and armchair with 40” Flatscreen TV and Stereo system.
The designer sleeper sofa can sleep another person comfortably if necessary. A large roomy Dining table seats up to six. The kitchen has an extra large refrigerator, a microwave, and a vintage O’Keefe & Merrit Stove.
Both bedrooms have comfortable Queen size beds. The master has a meditative bay window overlooking ivy and cape honeysuckle. The rear bedroom has French doors that open onto a small wood deck and large backyard with brick patio, fruit trees, including apricot, fig, lemon and avocado, and even room for parking.
The bathroom has been upgraded with luxurious Grohe fxtures for tub & shower.
There is a laundry room with your own washer and dryer. The unit comes with cable TV and HBO, and high speed wireless internet access.
This house is offered completely furnished with contemporary furniture, high thread count linens and towels.

Selecting Venice Beach vacation rentals puts visitors in one of the prime vacation destinations in California. The town was founded in 1905 and was marketed as the Venice of California. Since then, Venice Beach has only grown in popularity, and over the years it has been well built up with beaches, canals, boardwalks, and more. Venice Beach vacation homes are fantastic options for those who are looking for nonstop entertainment and sun during their getaway.
Attractions
Those who choose Venice Beach vacation rentals never have to wonder if they will have enough to do. Venice Beach is arguably the perfect vacation destination thanks to its multitude of attractions, many of which appeal to a wide range of guests. At the top of the list is the Ocean Front Walk. For those who plan a Venice Beach vacation, the Ocean Front Walk is the first place to visit. With live musicians, fortune tellers, and distinctive products, there is something for everyone at the Ocean Front Walk.
Beyond the Ocean Front Walk, some people may be drawn to Muscle Beach. Though the original Muscle Beach was located north of Santa Monica, the modern incarnation is at Venice Beach. This unique gathering place focuses on body building and weightlifting, and celebrities such as Arnold Schwarzenegger have trained there extensively. Muscle Beach features weightlifting equipment and space for gymnastics and other physical activities.
One of the newer attractions that those looking for a Venice Beach vacation condo may be interested in is the Venice Beach Skate Park. This state of the art facility features a variety of obstacles, making it the perfect place to enjoy a skate or to just appreciate the tricks of others. The park is located just next to Muscle Beach and is on the beach.
Activities
Venice Beach vacation rentals are also close to a number of wonderful recreational activities. Some guests may be interested in the wealth of golfing opportunities near Venice Beach. Another relaxing activity can be a spa getaway, with plenty of unique massages and skin treatments to choose from.
If guests wish to enjoy a bit more action while staying in a Venice Beach vacation home, it is also good to remember that Venice Beach is renowned for its intense pickup basketball. There are a variety of courts in the area, and some famous players have been known to hone their skills on the streets of Venice Beach. Other sporting opportunities in Venice Beach include tennis, volleyball, bicycling, and more.
For beach lovers, Venice Beach not only has ready access to the water but is also close to some of the other popular California beaches. In fact, those who choose a Venice beach rental are only five minutes away from both Santa Monica and Marina del Rey.
Shopping
In addition to the other leisure activities available at Venice Beach, those who choose Venice Beach vacation rentals can expect a solid shopping experience. There are four distinct shopping districts in Venice Beach, the first of which is along Ocean Front Walk. This unique stretch has a number of unusual vendors among the other performers and restaurants. The offerings here are eclectic and changing, so it is always worth a look.
For a bit more upscale experience, many guests prefer the shopping along Abbot Kinney Boulevard. Between antiques and boutiques, the selection on Abbot Kinney is sure to appeal to a wide range of shoppers. Shoppers should also be sure to check out some of the vintage clothing stores on Abbot Kinney, which are considered to be some of the top shops in the entire Los Angeles area.
