Absolutely Fantastic Spot For a Big Group

Review submitted: September 28, 2011   Date of arrival: September 23, 2011

Absolutely massive place with a gorgeous interior and a beautiful view of Masson St outside. Great kitchen for cooking, very nice beds and pull out couches, several TVs, and a pool table to top it all off. The owners were extremely friendly over email and provided a number of excellent restaurant recommendations. The only downsides are that it is a bit of a hike from downtown (~15 minute drive), though it's easy to get a cab on Masson or St Joseph St. Also, there is only one bathroom, so it can be a bit of a wait while everyone gets cleaned up in the morning. But these are only minor issues considering how wonderfully comfortable we all felt staying here. Highly, highly recommended.

Perfect for a large group!

Review submitted: February 10, 2011   Date of arrival: February 5, 2011

This loft was perfect for our large group (a sorority from a local university). There was plenty of space, seating and sleeping options for everyone to spread out or come together. The furniture is comfortable and the space felt very homey. We were comfortable immediately. The kitchen is fully stocked for all cooking needs (utensils, pots and pans, cutting boards...everything) and there is a grocery store only a couple of blocks away. The neighborhood was quiet and safe.

The most positive part of the experience was the rental process. Rachel and Matt were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They answered our numerous e-mails, questions and concerns. They made themselves incredibly accessible and made the rental process a truly easy experience.

I highly recommend the space to families or groups coming to visit Montreal or even those from the area who are looking for a space to hide away for the weekend as our group was.
