vacation rental description
-Ideal for families and mature groups (age limit 30+). ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. Dinner parties acceptable of course.
-Can fit more than 8 people if there are families with small children etc.
-3000 square feet available; entire second floor, open concept loft with great features:
-Multiple TVs, pool table, unlimited high speed wireless and wired internet, unlimited local and long distance telephone; fully equipped, open concept kitchen with a dishwasher; a washer and a dryer; parking space is available on the streets around the loft (free and pay parking – first come first serve).
-Full bathroom with two urinals, a sink, a toilet, a shower and a bathtub.
-3 fully private bedrooms (regular beds - 2 kings & 1 queen).
-There is an en-suite sitting room connected to the master bedroom, which is divided by double French doors. This serves as the fourth bedroom (it is the same size as the master bedroom and has a double futon).
-We also have two blow-up matresses, one single and one queen and a queen hide-a-bed.

-The loft is located on a friendly, bustling street with all the amenities available within walking distance (Starbucks, bars, grocery, liquor and convenience stores, as well as restaurants within all price ranges – to name a few).
-Public transit to all Montreal locations is right around the corner, as well as a dedicated taxi stand.
-There is a Bixi bike rental station on the corner of 6th Ave. and Masson.
-If you are an avid walker, most destinations are doable (between 30 minutes to an hour to get to most attractions listed below).
-Outdoor community pool located just down the street.

-The loft is excellent for friend and family gettaways etc.
-It takes between 5 and 15 minutes to drive to the Plateau, downtown, St. Laurent street, St. Denis street, park Maisonneuve, park La Fontaine, Park Mont Royal and the Old Port (depending on your destination).
-This property is located between the Olympic park and the Plateau, and just North of Parc Jean Drapeau and the Old Port so you get the best of all worlds.
-The Olympic park is huge and features the Biodome, an insectarium and the Botanical Gardens.
-The property is close to Six Flags Montreal (La Ronde amusement park) and the Grand Prix racing track - Gilles Villeneuve Racetrack (also excellent for biking, walking etc.)
-Close to the famous Jean Talon Market and Little Italy
