The condo building features a waterfront pool area with a large sundeck and a separate fishing dock.  There are lounge chairs around the pool and on the sundeck, making soaking up the warm Florida sun quite comfortable.  There is a fitness room and laundry room on the same floor as this condo unit.

The condo is pet friendly and will allow a dog up to 35 lbs.
