Crawford Lake, shallow, warm and spring fed  is an all sports  lake perfect for boating, fishing and swimming. Use our pedalboat,canoe or 3 kayaks and paddle the day away.

New stuff in 2010: 4 Mattresses and all bed linens,blankets, comforters and pillows,bath and beach towels, fridge,stove,washer,dryer,microwave,coffee maker,good quality cookware,carpeting and hardwood floor.

Sleeping: Master 1 Queen(new 2011) , Upstairs 4 twins(new 2010). There is a playpen available too.

Great sunrises and, with a 24 foot pontoon boat available for rent ,perfect sunset cruising too.

This 950 sq. ft. all sports lake cottage is the perfect getaway for families or couples. The cottage faces East onto all sports Crawford Lake. There is a  deck with comfortable patio/beach furniture, sandy beach, picnic table,dock,BBQ, bonfire pit, 3 kayaks, pedal boat,canoe, great fishing/sunning/relaxing. There are beach toys, floater boards and life jackets.

24 foot pontoon boat with 40hp motor, $450 per week

The cottage is a very cute fun summer vacation spot, great for fall 'colors',  and is located in the 'snowbelt' of Michigan  making this a perfect winter getaway near groomed snow mobile trails and within reasonable driving distances , 15 miles to Shanty Creek , 45 miles to both Boyne and Crystal Mountain. to all the northern ski resorts.

The cottage is 25 minutes to Traverse City, 20 mins to Torch Lk, 20 mins to Schuss, 40 mins to Boyne Mtn. Within 5 minutes of the cottage there are 3 golf courses, restaurants, bowling, indoor swimming/skating/workout facilities. Enjoy a great Michigan vacation year round..whether it is sun, leaves, or snow you seek, this is the perfect get away!!

Maximum occupancy is 6 people

• Signed rental agreement and $250 refundable security deposit reserves the cottage. Advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate  is required 75 days before arrival or along with security deposit if reservation is made within 75 days of arrival.
• Cleaning service at time of check out is included in rates. Adjustable rate premium for holiday weeks and weekends will apply.
• NO smoking or pets allowed. Smoking in the cottage will cause the forfeiture of security deposit to cover cost of extra cleaning. We have asthma problems in the family so we would really prefer not to go there. Thanks
