Accommodations: House Three levels: 2 private Bedrooms + Loft that
sleeps 4  with a toddler bed and pack n play.  There is also fold out Queen futon on the main floor, 2.5 Baths and two full size kitchens.  The house has a brand new deck up top built in April 2011 and an oversized deck on the bottom floor. There is a covered boat dock with good water and a great view. - (Sleeps 12-14). There is room for additional air mattresses as well. It is a great location for a vacation, lakeside wedding, birthday party or family reunion. 

 
Welcome to the kind of lake retreat everyone is looking for. Located
on Little River Cove on the north end of Lake Lanier, you are only
minutes from Gainesville Marina, the Olympic Rowing venue and tons
of great fishing. You are 20 minutes from the Lake Lanier Water Park
and GA 400 at Exit 17. Across the water, the shorelines are heavily
forested and will make you feel as if you are in the mountains as
well as the lake, even though you're only an hour from Atlanta.
From the back deck it is a short walk down the gentle slope the
dock. Jump in your boat and in just seconds you are on a main
channel and only 5 minutes from Gainesville Marina and the Olympic
Rowing Venue and 30 minutes from Cocktail Cove on South Lanier. All
of Lake Lanier is now your playground!

The house is clean, warm, and friendly, and you'll feel instantly at
home. There's a cozy living room with beautiful hardwood floors and
Direct TV and a DVD player; two nice, fully furnished decks with a gas
grill; a Master Suite with a Queen bed and private bathroom. There
is also a fold out Queen futon and full size kitchen with breakfast
area;

The top floor is a loft area that is perfect for kids of all ages.
It has a full size bed, two twin beds, a toddler bed, and a pack n play.  It has a 
leather sofa, direct TV and plenty of play space, all on comfy carpet.

The bottom floor was designed with adults in mind with red leather
furniture, a bar, stereo system and direct TV. There is a full size
kitchen on this floor as well with two private bedrooms and a  full bathroom. There
is also an eating area. Off the bottom floor, you will find an oversized party deck.

Pets require prior approval and additional $50.00 cleaning fee. Smoking Not Allowed inside the home.

Rental contract required and will be emailed upon request.

restaurants, Gainesville Marina is a full-service marina only
minutes away, Lake Lanier Islands Water Park, Boat rentals are
available from various vendors on the Lake, The Mall of Georgia,
North Georgia Outlet Mall, and Chateau Elan are within easy driving
distance, There are numerous golf courses in the vicinity.

Week long rental required during season.  Off Season is two night minimum required.   

Off Season Weekend Rate begins September 10th - Friday to Sunday for $450.00 with a 6PM late checkout on Sunday!

Off Season rates October to March of $750.00 per week. Monthly
$2500.00. Holdiday weeks are $100.00 extra.

Seasonal rates April to September $850.00 per week. Monthly
$3100.00.* Holiday weeks are $100.00 extra.
