Clubhouse has a dining room as well as bar with award winning chef. Food is fantastic yet reasonably priced. Special events include theme buffets such as seafood, prime rib and pasta. There is a Jacuzzi and Jr. Olympic heated pool which are well maintained and never crowded. There is an outdoor bar by pool from which you can order cocktails and even food from the clubhouse. Daily luncheon buffets are extensive yet inexpensive. Villa has attached garage, washer and dryer, 2 bikes and all beach necessities. Kitchen has plenty of cookware as well as microwave, coffee machine, blender and toaster.   

There are 2 internationally renowned golf courses (LPGA is played here) and 13 Har-tru tennis courts within a short walk from villa or a 1 minute drive.  In the same area are the following: Jr.Olympic heated pool; jacuzzi; newly built golf & fitness center; golf and tennis shops; card room and library. There is also a smaller, private heated pool and clubhouse with cooking facility, dining area and library just for the renters of villas in Harrington Lake, the community within the Plantation in which this home is located.

Beaches are 10-15 minutes away and absolutely beautiful. All types of water sports are available in these areas. The town of Venice is filled with restaurants, art galleries and shops. There are chain restaurants and stores for any item you might need or wish within minutes. Sarasota is approx 30-40 minutes and has an opera house, live theater, award winning restaurants, shops of all kinds and a 20plex theater.

May thru September are greatly discounted with $1999 per month the usual fee with possible further reductions considered.
